Welcome to Merced City and County’s CoC online system dedicated to administering formal procurement solicitations (e.g. ITB – Invitation to Bid, RFI – Request for Information, RFQ – Request for Qualifications, RFP - Request for Proposals).

The goal of this site is to provide you, our business partners, with an efficient and effective method of participating in the formal procurement process that results in outstanding goods and services.

Step 1: Participate in our Active Procurement Bid Solicitations
Click on the “Bids/RFPs” navigation link and then check the “Open” Status box to view our active procurement solicitations.

Please Note: Responses should be submitted pursuant to the instructions contained in the pertinent solicitation documents. All solicitation documents can be downloaded in pdf (or similarly accessible format). Any addenda or similar updates will be added to the website and all vendors on our bidders list will be notified via email. However, it is the responsibility of the vendor to check this site to ensure they have final documents before submitting their bid/proposal as email notifications cannot be guaranteed (e.g. due to technological issues including spam filters).

Step 2: View Awarded Procurement Solicitations
Filter “Bids” grid above to view our closed/awarded procurement solicitations by checking the boxes for “Closed” and/or “Awarded”.
