Merced CoC Service Provider Toolkit

Welcome to the Merced CoC Service Provider Toolkit developed by the Collaborative Applicant/Administrative Entity. This toolkit is designed to support service providers working within our Continuum of Care system by offering practical resources, guidance, and tools to enhance coordination, improve service delivery, and ultimately prevent and end homelessness in our community. These documents and resources were developed or referenced in compliance with 24 CFR 578, 24 CFR 576, the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, HUD regulations, HCD regulations, and other funding source requirements.

As a collaborative network of agencies, organizations, and individuals, the Continuum of Care is dedicated to creating a comprehensive, person-centered response to homelessness. This toolkit reflects our commitment to equipping frontline staff and partner agencies with the knowledge and tools they need to provide high-quality, consistent, and effective services.

The adaptation and implementation of any of the documents provided is at the discretion of the homeless service provider.
